STR Property Group provides short term rental management, holiday accommodation and motorhome hire across New South Wales and Victoria. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the property or motorhome you are asking about, your dates, and your message.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics records anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, links selected, device type and approximate location. This does not identify you.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, identity or financial account details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and manage a booking or motorhome hire, to discuss property management with owners, and to improve the website. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email, with property owners and contractors where that is necessary to service a booking, and with anyone we are required by law to tell.

Our website host and analytics provider are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed overseas.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise return visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works either way.

Security and retention

Enquiries are held in password protected accounts, access is limited to those who need it, and we delete information when there is no longer a reason to keep it. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, though no online system is completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email stay@strpropertygroup.com.au. There is no charge and we will respond within 30 days.

We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
