Our Victorian property, a contemporary one bedroom studio on Queens Ave in Hawthorn, a short walk from Swinburne University and easy walking distance to everything else in the area.
It sleeps two in a queen bed, with a separate lounge, a full kitchen and a bathroom. Fast unlimited NBN, reverse cycle air conditioning and a Netflix ready TV. There is a laundry inside the apartment with a washing machine, and the linen and towels are hotel standard, replaced for every stay along with the toilet paper, soap and conditioner.
Access is a 24/7 smart lock with a secure code, so you can arrive and leave whenever you like without coordinating a key handover. The studio is on level three and there is a lift.
Two practical things to know. There is no parking at the building, so plan on public transport or finding a spot nearby, and there is no baggage storage available. The MCG is 6.3km, Crown Casino 11.5km, Albert Park 13km and Melbourne Airport 36km.
