A renovated three bedroom cottage on what is probably the quietest street in Thirlmere, a dead end with no through traffic and morning sun on the front porch.

The kitchen is the part people notice: a 900mm oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and all the cookware, utensils and crockery you would need for eight. Tea, sugar, milk and washing up supplies are already there when you arrive.
There are two separate bathrooms, one with a deep bath and shower over it, the other with a shower and a second toilet, which stops the morning bottleneck. The laundry sits off the bathroom with a washer and dryer and powder supplied. There is a separate workspace in the hall with a desk, chair and filing cabinet if someone has to log on.
The 440sqm block has separately fenced front and back yards, so kids and dogs can be let loose in one while the barbecue runs in the other. Dining seats eight inside and eight outside. Off street parking, plus plenty of room on the street for bigger groups. Well behaved pets are welcome.
