An architecturally designed split level home and one of the most loved houses on our books. Airbnb lists it as a Guest Favourite, which it has earned across more than two hundred stays.
The design is what sets it apart. A few steps down into a high ceiling open living and dining area, then three more steps into a sunken main bedroom with its own walk in robe and ensuite. There is a separate front lounge room as well, so eight people are not all sharing one space, and a high ceiling alfresco out the back.
Four bedrooms all up, arranged as a king, two doubles and a room with two singles. Central air conditioning throughout, a main bathroom with a bathtub, a dedicated workspace, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. Netflix is available with your own login.
Thirlmere shops are a couple of minutes away and Picton is ten. The NSW Railway Museum, Thirlmere Lakes National Park, Warragamba Dam, the Picton Botanic Gardens and the Picton Railway Viaduct are all nearby. Worth noting the split level design means two steps down to the main lounge and bedroom, and the garage is not part of the booking.
