Our Sydney property, and the most luxurious house on the books. Two storeys in Yowie Bay in the Sutherland Shire, 24km south of the CBD on the north shore of the Port Hacking estuary, and pet friendly.

Timber floors run throughout and the fittings are a step above. The kitchen has stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and a butlers pantry. The living room opens up through counter lever glass doors that retract completely, so the inside and the back deck become one space. The deck seats six and has a BBQ.

The main bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite, a bathtub, a walk in robe, ceiling fans, a smart TV and block out plantation shutters. Upstairs there are two more queen bedrooms and a second living area with its own smart TV, sharing a jack and jill bathroom. There is also a pull out double lounge in the downstairs foyer, which is how the house sleeps eight from three bedrooms.

The water and the boat ramp are close, so it suits families and groups who want to be on the water. This is a quiet residential street: no parties or events, and there are exterior cameras only, used to confirm guest numbers and keep the neighbours happy. There are none inside the house.
